In order to attract more attention, the famous model Monica Harris joined the protest.
Four topless girls and one boy handed out chocolates and roses to passers by who looked at them surprised, and photographed them with their mobile phones and cameras.

The protest was held leading up to Valentine’s Day, in order to prompt love towards animals and repulsion against fur. The slogan “Selfridges  Have a heart – drop foie gras” and the protest itself was carried out to provoke warmth in people’s hearts in this time of love, the time around Valentine’s Day.
