The collections presented at the fashion week look as if they are made from heavy fabrics that are used to upholster furniture.
This was the impression gained after collections were presented by Gianfranco Ferré, Roberto Rimondi and Tommas Aquilan.
The Milan Fashion Weeks is dominated by creations with wide shoulders and airy dresses that are reminiscent of the 1980s. The creations were mostly made from black velvet.
