PhotoCrodociles very frequently become cannibals, feeding on the young of their species, or even their own young.
Guards of a crocodile reserve in Phnom Penh had their work cut out for them when they had to restrain giant crocodiles to take blood samples. Scientists tested the dangerous animals to determine if they are suffering from any illnesses so they could treat them properly.
Crodociles very frequently become cannibals, feeding on the young of their species, or even their own young. Along with birds, crocodiles are today the only living descendants of a large species of reptiles called Archosaurs, and the similarity between the two species is greatest in their blood.
