Watching many commercials for anti-cellulite treatments and various aerobic machines, you surely asked yourself: how come the stars manage to stay fit and look so tight and they are constantly out partying and at receptions?

Harley Pasternak, Eva Mendes` personal trainer

When you are at the gym, focus on your rear muscles, which are the trapeze, triceps and the outer thighs. It is best to work out with small dumbbells. Lean your knee and one hand against a bench, and draw in a dumbbell with the other arm. For thighs and butt, hold the weights straight in front of you and slightly bend in the back towards the front and then slowly go back to the upright position. Do sets of 15 to 20 repetitions and don`t use dumbbells which are too heavy.

Valerie Waters, Jennifer Garner`s personal trainer

You have to eat well, nobody can train with a poor diet. When she starts working with her clients, Valerie always tells them to clean out their kitchen and throw away all the unnecessary stuff, as well as junk food: crackers, cookies, white bread, rise and pasta. Will power is not sufficient on its own, changes are necessary.

Ramona Braganza, Kate Beckinsale`s personal trainer

Ramona suggests combining cardio circular training intervals one hour a day. For example:

- do cardio for the first 10 minutes: three sets of 15-20 repetitions of three various strength exercises – for the chest, abs and triceps.

- do cardio for the second part, lasting 10 minutes: three sets of 15-20 repetitions of three various strength exercises – for the back, thighs and biceps.

- do cardio for the third part: work out your lower back and abs.

Don`t take breaks longer than a few seconds between every exercise. Such a routine burns through 500 to 600 calories and speeds up the metabolism.

Do cardio exercises straight in the morning on an empty stomach. The body will request energy and as you spent the carbohydrate supplies over night, it will start burning fat. You can drink an espresso to speed up your metabolism and burn more calories.
