Along with a hand gear shift and a robotic gear shift, Maserati is also offering for its GranTourismo car, the standard gear stick.

Maserati presented its GranTourismo S vehicle with an automatic gear shift at the car show in Geneva. The model GranTourismo S Automatic comes with a 4.7 litre V8 engine that develops 440 horse powers at 7,000rotations per minute and 490 Nm of torque moment at 4.750 rotations per minute. So far, Maserati offered only a hand shift and a robotised gear shift and now a classic automatic gear shift has been made available, primarily for the American market. 

It is a ZF gear shift with six degrees of transmission. As you can see HERE, in relation to other models of the GranTourismo, this Maserati also has some visual additions, such as special hubcaps and a new design of the Maserati sign.
