The famous British model Naomi Campbell met with the Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez.

Naomi Campbell is not the only one who refrains from saying their thoughts, but she was very quiet during her visit to the Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez yesterday.  The supermodel met him privately in the presidential palace, and when asked by the press about what she thought about the left wing leader she answered: “I do not intend on being political. Thank you very much.”

- I have already been here. It is a beautiful country, very tropical. They have great waterfalls – added Naomi diplomatically.

This supermodel lifted her profile as far as politics is concerned, mostly by collecting money thorough the Fashion for Relief fashion shows that help the victims of hurricane Katrina in America, and those caught by the floods in Britain, reports Vogue.
