Porn Sites Gained with Gmail Not Being in Function

Porn sites used the opportunity of Gmail’s server falling and opened a site Gmail Down, on which they showed porn contents.

After Google’s Gmail was non-functional for two and a half hours yesterday, leaving more than 113 million users across the world without access to their e-mail addresses, porn sites took that opportunity to make some profit, news.com.au reported. 

After Gmail fell down, porn sites reacted swiftly and created a web page called “Gmail Down” on which they showed pornographic contents to people searching for en explanation of why they cannot access their e-mail accounts.

Google has said they are still looking into who was behind the hoax and deceit of Gmail account users.

Gmail was down on Tuesday for two and a half hours, upsetting users who went on various forums looking for an explanation, voicing their disgruntlement and anger because they could not post some very important mails.
