The children married, vowing to be friends forever and they celebrated their wedding at the Great Wolf Cooper water park.

Jayla Cooper became a bride at the age of nine. The girl married her 7-year-old friend.

The wedding occurred at such a tender age because Jayla`s parents decided to grant their daughter`s last wish, the Associatedcontent reports.

Jayla Cooper has been living with leukaemia for the past two years and is slowly loosing the battle with the illness. To mark her last weeks on Earth, Jayla married a boy who is her friend and is also ill with leukaemia, 7-year-old Jose Griggs.

The children married, vowing to be friends forever and they celebrated their wedding at the Great Wolf Cooper water park in Texas.

Unlike Jayla, little Jose is on his way to recovery, doctors believe.
