For all you ex-smokers who got hooked on the gum, to get off the patch, to get off the lozenge to get off the cigarettes, here's a new fix for your oral fixation. We have e-mail, e-commerce, and e-bay. Now, we can add e-cigarettes. Yes, this is an electronic cigarette. It's a pretty ingenious smoking cessation device, actually. Basically, you insert the nicotine cartridge, screw it together, and inhale. It even glows in the front! Then, you exhale... smoke? Uhmm... You exhale nicotine smoke? This is supposed to help you quit smoking, by way of smoking? Oh it's nicotine "vapor!" OK. That's way different. The E-Cigarette! We already have E-Gambling, so all I need are E-Hookers and E-Booze, and I'll have all my vices E-Covered!

If you're a sports fan, you'd know that SOCCER-MANIA has the world riveted. Though it looks like they're watching a chess match, these spectators are actually taking in a game of football. I guess you could call it e-football. But these mini-motorized machines, competing in the Euro Robo Football Cup, are not run by remote control, but actually by an artificial intelligence which helps them find the ball, and get it into the opponent's goal. That's pretty cool! One engineer even boasted of a year-2050 goal of human/robot soccer competition. They then showed off some humanoid prototypes.

And finally on "And Finally..." 31 teams from all over the UK showed up in Kent for the World Custard Pie Championship.

Was this a cooking competition? No.

An eating contest? No.

Well, what else are you supposed to do with a custard cream pie??? Ohhhh. Right. Pie fight! Teams of four stood at tables and tossed the creamy confections, "3 Stooges" style, at the competition. The scoring system is fairly straightforward: So it's just like boxing... Only sticky!
