Elegant designer creations, brand new hairstyle and discreet make-up – from ‘hairy angel’ she was transformed into a glamorous lady.

British heroine of plain looks and angelic voice, Susan Boyle, once called “hairy angel”, has gone through her second makeover and has been transformed into a glamorous lady. 

Many magazines fought for an exclusive of her makeover, but only Harper’s Bazaar got it for its September issue in which the 48-year-old star of the Britain’s Got Talent show turned out as some opera diva.

Elegant designer creations, brand new hairstyle and discreet make-up transformed the ‘hairy angel’, as she was dubbed when her YouTube video became a hit, into an elegant lady, even somewhat younger-looking.

In an exclusive interview, Boyle revealed that she went to the audition for Britain’s Got Talent in honour of her late mother with whom she lived until her mother’s death in 2007 and who would always tell her to “do something of her life”.

Even though she did not win the show that made her famous, Boyle is still living her dream and is currently recording an album in London which is expected to be released in November.
