Slann’s wife discovered on YouTube that her husband intends to cheat on him, so she left him.

A fan of Manchester United travelled 650 kilometres in his car to meet a woman he had met over the Internet. But, having arrived to the rendezvous point, he discovered not only that the woman did not exist, but that he was a victim of revenge by rival fans.

Stuart Slann, 39, left Sheffield to a farm in Scottland where he was supposed to meet Emma, a woman he met on Facebook. Having arrived at the farm, he realised Emma did not exist.

Three hours later, he received a telephone call in which he was told it was all just a prank. The conversation was recorded and put up on YouTube, together with a delicate photograph.

The prankers were two Liverpool fans whom Slann met during a vacation in Cancun in Mexico, where they had a fight over their football clubs.

When they returned from their vacation, the two prankers had the idea of making up Emma, so they put her account up on Facebook, with the task to seduce and humiliate Slann.

And they succeeded because Slann’s wife discovered on YouTube how her husband intended to cheat on her, so she left him.
