TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 17 (UPI) -- B.J. Daniels accounted for five scores Saturday -- throwing for four and running for another -- lifting No. 22 South Florida to a 70-17 bashing of Florida A&M.

Daniels finished 21-for-31 passing, amassing 382 yards.

Darrell Scott was a force on the ground for South Florida with 146 yards on 12 carries, scoring three rushing touchdowns and another on a pass reception.

Sterling Griffin hauled down eight passes for 97 yards and a score for the Bulls (3-0), who have scored 130 points in their first three games.

The Rattlers (1-2) were shaken on defense, surrendering 745 yards of total offense, including 477 through the air.

A&M quarterback Austin Trainor threw for two TDs and an interception on 10-for-24 passing, good for 106 yards.
