Mirko Filipovic started writing his blog again, where he announced three fights for this year, where he will be readier than ever.
Mirko Filipovic is planning to compete in three fights, and will not take a “warm-up fight”, according to his official MMA-ID blog.
Resting the mind
Filipovic feels healthy and powerful, and has a very strong motivation. He used this break to rest his mind, and received a vision of his career, and realised the paths that he must take.
Cro Cop has announced that he will continue to fight for a few years, whilst his health serves him well.
“Once against I learned that fighting is my life and without it I feel empty. The conclusion of everything is that I cannot wait to fight again. I am training like a maniac and I will definitely be ready for one more return” announced Cro Cop.
Leg should be ready in May
At the start of May, Mirko could start using his leg for kicks again, and five weeks after that he could be ready to fight.
“After a long time I will be 100 percent ready for a fight. I am still considering the options against who and where I could have my next fight. My aim is to fight against the best fighters, and there are a number of people that I would like to see in the opponent’s corner” wrote Mirko. He added that he wants new challenges and wants to be the best again, because he knows that he can do it.
