After passing 3,000 kilometres in a month's time, about 20 bicyclists from the Zagreb-based "Pedalinac" cycling club on Thursday arrived in London for the opening of the 30th Olympic Games scheduled for Friday.
This group of Croatian amateur cyclists started their journey on 25 June in Zagreb and on their way to Great Britain they travelled through Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg and Belgium on their way to Great Britain.
This was their way to promote Croatia's EU entry, by sending the messages of tolerance and the spirit of the Olympic Games. (Hina)
