The Anaheim Ducks came from two goals down to beat the Vancouver Canucks 3-2 in overtime on Tuesday, giving them a 3-1 lead in their Western Conference semi-final.

Travis Moen converted a rebound 2:07 into overtime to seal a stirring comeback from the Ducks, who trailed 2-0 going into the third period in Vancouver.

"It feels pretty good," Moen told the team's Web site.

"I've never had a feeling like this in hockey, so this is definitely an exciting moment and I'll remember it for a long time."

Markus Naslund opened the scoring for the Canucks in the first period before Brendan Morrison made it 2-0 for the home team late in the second.

"We had a couple of chances to make it 3-0 and didn't do it," Vancouver coach Alain Vigneault told the Canucks' Web site.

"They kept chipping away. Give them credit, they found a way to win."

The Ducks got a goal back through Chris Pronger, one of three finalists for the Norris Trophy given to the NHL's top defenseman, four minutes into the third period before Teemu Selanne tied the score at 2-2 at 14:18.

Moen then completed the comeback in overtime to put Anaheim in control of the best-of-seven series.

"It's good to be up 3-1 and going home," Selanne said.

"I hope we're going to use the third period as a confidence boost for Thursday. I don't think we've played that well in the series."

Anaheim can eliminate the Canucks in Game Five in California on Thursday.

*The New York Rangers survived a furious late challenge by the Sabres to win 2-1 at Madison Square Garden, evening the series at 2-2.

The Sabres were denied a game-tying goal via video replay with 13.4 seconds left. Game Five is on Friday in Buffalo.
