Karlovic: I Am not Disappointed

Text

Ivo Karlovic was not so disappointed after falling out from the second round of PBZ Zagreb Indoors.

The French Michael Llodre 6-4, 76 in a very interesting duel of the second round PBZ Zagreb Indoors, defeated Croatia's Ivo Karlovic.

-I am not disappointed with falling out, I am happy that I could play tennis after the injury. I felt the pain in the leg yesterday at training and today during warming up and I was insecure at the beginning because of that. I did not expect much from this competition; therefore, I am not disappointed. I am going to Selce for a medical exam tomorrow, and then I will see.

According to this statement, the conclusion is that playing at Davis Cup is in question.

-I do not want to say anything in advance; I will know something more after the check-up. Health is the most important, even if it means cancelling Davis Cup.

Karlo said something about the game with Llodro.

-I knew, and now I saw it in the game with Vligen, that he had an excellent serve, a good volley so it would be more difficult than in the first round. I still have too much oscillation in the game and that is the reason why I cannot count on a great success. As the game was going on, I felt more secure and now I am sorry for not entering into the third set.

Llodro will play with Alexander Pey in the quarterfinals.
