Llorente, who had scored four goals in the league and King's Cup in his side's last two games, raced on to a long pass from Victor straight from the kickoff and clipped the ball over keeper Inaki Lafuente with his toe.
He also scored his side's second goal 12 minutes before halftime, firing in from the left side of the area.
The previous fastest goal in the first division was credited to Uruguayan Dario Silva who scored for Malaga eight seconds into their 3-1 win over Valladolid in December 2000.
