Finn Mikko Hirvonen of Ford was second, 9.8 seconds behind. Hirvonen`s team mate and compatriot Jari-Matti Latvala was third.
Frenchman Sebastien Loeb of Citroen won the Norwegian Rally on Sunday, finishing the event in a total time of three hours, 28 seconds and 15.9 seconds.
Finn Mikko Hirvonen of Ford was second, 9.8 seconds behind. Hirvonen's team mate and compatriot Jari-Matti Latvala was third, 1:21.8 behind Loeb.
