UFC PRESIDENT DANA WHITE:

If Mirko wins over Kong, a possible fight against Couture is possible, says UFC’s president, Dana White.
In a little less than two weeks, the UFC is preparing a new spectacle, this time on European soil, in London. The central fight will be between Rampage Jackson and Dan Henderson for the semi-heavyweight category belt.
But, for us, the much more interesting fight will be that between Croatia’s Mirko Filipovic and France’s Cheick Kong. For first fight after Mirko’s defeat in April.
Kong is a very good hitter, tall, but I think Mirko is better, faster than him, UFC president Dana White told us a day after the fights in Las Vegas.
White is a very open guy, especially for reporters from countries from which his best fighters come. Of course, he watched Cro Cop’s defeat in Manchester.
He made a lot of mistakes, he did not train in the cage, he let his ego get the better of him, White said.
Usually when he returns from a defeat, Mirko is very angry and good. I am convinced that we will see a completely different Cro Cop. I must admit I can hardly wait for the fight because I think it will be his first real fight since arriving in the UFC, he said.
It has been reported that Mirko already knows his next opponent if he wins against Kong. Allegedly it should be Minotaur.
We never said that, White said.
I still do not know who his opponent will be is he wins against Kong, but a fight against randy Couture for the title is possible. Anything is possible here, White said.
