The Croatian football team is preparing to go to Romania, for a friendly match and to experiment with what to fix, make complete or improve.
The atmosphere among the team players is friendly as well, the players are relaxed and in high spirits, which is no wonder, because the match against Romania is not really paramount. However, it is not insignificant.
- We will analyse the Romanians tomorrow, because
we won`t have the time over there. We normally do it two days before, but now that we have gathered the last day, we have to do it this way. The Romanians are dangerous, well prepared and have excellent individuals. This is why our best line-up will play – Croatia manager Slaven Bilic said.
Although the reporters are persistent and want to know who the new captain will be, since the Niko Kovac left the team, Bilic does not believe this is such an important subject. He just said he mentioned it to the players in one sentence. At the moment, the only thing on his mind is the match.
- We will experiment, but the game and the result are important to us, regardless of this being a friendly match. They are similar to the Ukrainians, and even though we don`t have a more serious match before June, we can try out some things in our game – Croatia manager Bilic claims.
Interestingly enough, Eduardo da Silva in back for the national team. Bilic already mentioned that Dudu would get to play, while the younger Kovac brother (Robert) would be made captain. However, we shall see on February 11.
