`We can`t stop believing that we can win, otherwise there`s no point going out tomorrow`, Olazabal told reporters.
"We can't stop believing that we can win, otherwise there's no point going out tomorrow," Olazabal told reporters after Saturday's 3-1/2 to 1/2 defeat in the fourballs matches.
"It's going to be very, very difficult, it'll take something very, very special," added the Spaniard, whose side are seeking a third successive win.
"Any one of my players can beat any one of their players. I believe we still have a chance even though it's a slim one."
For a second successive day, a confident and consistent Asian team putted well to overpower their struggling European counterparts and take a surprise 6-1/2 to 1-1/2 lead at the Amata Spring Country Club.
Olazabal said the Asians had made huge strides in the last few years and their form had not surprised him.
"They're raising the bar quickly," he added. "They're not showing fear the way they used to.
"They haven't surprised me in the way they've played. The last Royal Trophy was a couple of years ago.
"(Since then) we've seen more and more Asian players doing well, playing better golf at big events.
"We have a really tough task ahead of us."
