Petre Cozma said he would donate his kidney to the Croatian who tried to help his son, Ivan Pesic.
The father of the killed Romanian handball player, Petre Cozma, said he would donate his kidney to Ivan Pesic, the Croatian national handball team’s goalkeeper, Croatian Times reported.
- I will give my kidney to the person who tried to help my boy – Cozma said.

- Serbian player Zarko Sesum told me that by the time he could get outside of the night club, Marian was already dead. He ran after one of the attackers, but he was too injured to catch up with him. Sesum and Pesic tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate Marian – Ghionea said.
The town of Veszprem, in which the incident happened, made Marian Cozma a posthumous honorary citizen. He will be buried in Bucharest on Friday.
Nineteen-year-old Croatian Ivan Pesic was stabbed in the kidney after he tried to help Cozma.
