PHOTO: French Team Spend Free Day in Café

The French handball team decided to spend their day of rest in a café in Zagreb which is owned by a former Croatian handball player.

After, along with the Croatian national team, the French team are the only undefeated team at the World Handball Championship held in Zagreb. The French players decided to spend their day off in the “Petica” café bar which is owned by a former Croatian handball player. 

In a relaxed atmosphere the team rested after having defeated South Korea and having won new points. On Tuesday the French team are playing a game against Croatia in a match that will decide on the first place in Zagreb’s group in the second round.
