Becks hopes that he will attract the attention of England’s coach Fabio Capello with his performances in Milan’s jersey.
The LA Galaxy player and English representative David Beckham came as a loan to the Italian Milan. Becks will spend two months in Milan in order to remain in form, before starting the second part of the American season. The jersey with the number 32 was given to him at a press conference by Adriano Galliani, the vice-president of the football club Milan.
Beckham hopes that he will playing in the “Rossoneri” will attract the attention of England’s coach Fabio Capello. David is only one performance away from the record for the number of performances for the English national football team, which would equal the legend Boby Moore who played 108 times. Fabio has already said that he will not try to please Beckham, and that he will have to try hard in order to deserve a place in the national team, just like everybody else.
