Cristinano wants to continue the series of successes in Manchester, and believes United´s future is good due to young and talented players.
The world’s best football player for 2008, Cristiano Ronaldo, stated that it is his priority to continue the success on Old Trafford, with which the rumours of transferring to Real Madrid have fallen in the water, reports Eurosport.
“I know it will be hard but I want to achieve even more things with these great players we have at United” “We can dominate. Manchester has a lot of young players - myself included - so the future for the club looks good. I want to be here, to be a part of the success that I believe lies ahead” said Ronaldo who is still ambitious, despite receiving numerous awards already.
The manager of Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson said that Ronaldo has the responsibility to remain in the club where he carries the game-play.
“We are all proud of him achieving that (FIFA) status” “We think he owes a lot to Manchester United in that respect” said Sir Alex Ferguson, talking about Ronaldo.
