The most interesting match was Slovakia Vs Argentina. The others finished with easy wins to the favourites who did not allow surprises.
Poland played against Algeria in a group C match, on the second day of the World Handball Championship in Croatia. Varazdin’s residents had an opportunity to watch Poland score wildly, who won with a 17 point lead (39:22), deservingly taking two valuable points. The Poles had a nine goal lead at half time, and increased their lead by the end of the match.
Norway and Spain with easy wins, Slovakia barely beat Argentina
The national teams from Norway and Saudi Arabia play the first match in Porec’s “Zatica”.
Norway did not allow for any surprises, and convincingly beat Saudi Arabia 39:23.
After yesterday’s match in Split between the hosts Croatia and South Korea, the second match was played by Spain and Kuwait. The strong Spaniards froze the Kuwaitis to only nine goals in the first half, and destroyed them in the continuation with a 30 point win. Rocas Comas and Garcia Lorenzana scored seven goals each, whilst Ruesga Pasarin Carlos was the man of the match.
The most interesting match was played in Osijek where Slovakia played against Argentina.
The Argentineans were leading at half time 12:13. In the end Slovakia won 27:25.
