`We are still conducting negotiations but the fight is expected to be held on June 20,` Klitschko told a news conference.
"We are still conducting negotiations but the fight is expected to be held on June 20," Klitschko told a news conference, naming Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium as the likely venue.
He dismissed as bravado Haye's suggestions that he would win.
"Haye can say whatever he wants," Klitschko said. "I have the experience of knocking out guys who promised to turn my birthday into a funeral. His behaviour is inappropriate...I will give my reply in the ring. He's in for a rough ride."
Klitschko's older brother Vitaly said his next fight was scheduled for March 21 in the German city of Stuttgart against Cuban Juan Carlos Gomes.
He also said he hoped a compromise could be reached in negotiations to stage a fight against former champion Lennox Lewis.
"Lennox earlier kept claiming he would never return to boxing, but now he is silent," Vitaly Klitschko said. "This is actually a matter of money. I hope we will find a compromise and people will be able to see this fight."
