The Toronto Raptors have recorded another NBA league loss, this time against Cleveland 83:101.
The hero of the match was LeBron James, who scored 33 points with seven jumps and four assists, which helped him reach 12,000 points in his career. For this he needed 24 years and 35 days, which beat Kobe Bryant’s record of 25 years and 220 days.
“He's still going to get better” “That's the scary thing” said Cleveland’s coach Mike Brown.
Current champions make up for disadvantage and win
Daniel Gibson and Mo Williams played solidly, with 18 and 16 points respectively, whilst the guests were led by Chris Bosh (29 points) and Jermaine O’Neal (20 points and 8 jumps).
In the most tense battle of the night, Boston beat the Sixers in Philadelphia 100:99, with a basket by Ray Allen in the final moments. Leading up to the match, Allen was fighting the flu, but managed to score 23 points, including the winning basket.
