Skirmishes started with the arrivals of Turkish supporters to the central square of the Austrian capital city.

The Austrian police is in  alert due to riots in Stephansplatz, Vienna. After a small number of Turkish football fans in Vienna’s central square, Croatian supporters, unfortunately, started a fight. 

The Croatians started throwing stones at 50 policemen who were protecting the Turkish supporters. The Austrian police then, for the first time in the championship, found themselves in complete protection.

Due to the critical situation, after the about ten minutes, the Turks were escorted out of Stephenplatz.
