Accused: Sex With Girl (10) Was Consensual

Watson (21) said that he was innocent, because as he claims, the ten year old agreed to have sex with him.

The 21 year old young man has been accused of four counts of sexual misconduct with a child under 13 years old, and six counts for indecent conduct, and one count of owning an item intended for inflicting bodily harm, reports the portal news.

The accused Watson asked if he can immediately appeal so that he can be over with the trial.

“Can we just sort it out right here and right now ... because ... I am innocent ... it was consensual” said Watson.

The judge Wayne Tarr rejected the request by saying: “It can't be consensual if she's a 10 year-old girl”.

The accused young man will not be able to defend himself from freedom and will remain in custody for three weeks because of the seriousness of the crime.
