The Fischer gallery from Lucerne is set to auction off Albert Einstein`s doctorate diploma from the University of Zurich`s mathematics and natural sciences department, Swiss media report on Saturday.
Einstein attained his doctor`s thesis with the theme of new determination of molecular dimensions in 1926, at the age of 26. Later, he won the Nobel Prize for physics, for his discovery in the area of photoelectric effects. He is most famous for his theory of relativity, which has the formula E=MC2, which explains that mass and energy are one.
