Beriz Belkic President of BH Lower House

Milorad Zivkovic of SNSD and Niko Lozancic of HDZ BiH were elected his deputies.

The BH Parliament House of Representatives elected Boris Belkic of the Party for BH as its president, along with Milorad Zivkovic of the Union of Independent Social-Democrats (SNSD) and Niko Lozancic of Croatian Democratic Union BH (HDZ BiH) as deputy presidents. This ended the formation of the BH Lower House.

Twelve members of the commission for the preparation of electing BH Council of Ministers were also elected. The aim of this commission is to evaluate the ability of the chairman and members of the BH Council of Ministers, even though their decisions are not binding. The commission endorsed Nikola Spiric as the chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

An agreement of seven parties on the formation of the parliamentary majority was achieved in Sarajevo on January 3, ministerial posts were allocated and the chairman of the Council of Ministers, Nikola Spiric, of SNSD was named.
