High Representative to Bosnia Miroslav Lajcak is to discuss police reform with experts of political parties.
High Representative and EU’s special representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Miroslav Lajcak, called experts of Bosnian political parties to Sarajevo today to discuss police reform.
According to the Office of the High Representative, the talks will focus on comments by parties regarding the police reform protocol that Lajcak had presented to political leaders at the end of last month. Police reform is the last obstacle to Bosnia signing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU and October is the deadline for reaching an agreement on the reform. The meeting will take place at the OHR offices and no statemenhts for the media are planned after the meeting, BHT1 reports.
