About 900 middle school students were buried when their school building in Sichuan`s Dujiangyan district collapsed.

Buildings at five more schools in China's southwestern Sichuan province collapsed on Monday in a big earthquake, burying unknown numbers of elementary and middle school children, state television said.

The official Xinhua news agency had said earlier that about 900 middle school students were buried when their school building in Sichuan's Dujiangyan district collapsed.
