IDROTTSHALLEN, Sweden, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- A Swedish athletic club drew criticism when a coach used sexually suggestive language to teach floorball techniques to 14-year-old boys.

Parents said they were outraged to discover the coach at the Engelholms FBC athletic club in Idrottshallen was using materials known as "hot babes of the defense" to teach defense techniques in floorball, a type of floor hockey, The Local reported Friday.

The techniques bear the names of females, such as "Petra," which is described in the materials as "the crazy babe whom you almost fear. She scratches, bites and likes to dominate. Petra gets in the mood when you are aggressive, take what you want and have an attitude."

Officials with the club said they were unaware of the materials and the coach has been instructed to cease using them.

"This is without a doubt sexist material and completely against what the sports movement stands for," said Jane Andersson, chairwoman of the Swedish floorball association.
