The authorities also said the autopsy of a chronically ill man in his thirties who died on November 12 showed he carried the H1N1 virus.
Danish authorities reported on Friday the first two swine flu-related deaths in the country, of two men already suffering from chronic illnesses.
A man around 60 died on November 18 at the Hvidovre hospital, north-west of Copenhagen, the Danish National Board of Health said in a statement, adding that he was considered part of a risk group.
The authorities also said the autopsy of a chronically ill man in his thirties who died on November 12 showed he carried the H1N1 virus.
Another Dane died from a swine-flu related illness in Norway in September.
Danish authorities started a vaccination campaign at the beginning of November, aiming to immunise 1.1 million of the country's 5.5 million citizens.
Vaccination will only be available to persons in risk groups such as the elderly, chronically ill patients, pregnant women and about 350,000 people in official functions.
