Hand-grenade Explodes in Mostar

It is fortunate no-one was hurt because traffic is extremely dense in that part of city.

Near the Mostar city market, last night at 20.30 an unidentified person threw an explosive device, a hand-grenade. No-one was hurt, a facade was damaged along with two cars which were parked in the parking area, and glass cracked on nearby objects, informs the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.

-The damage is not great, but citizens were disturbed. That part of city, Splitska street, has dense traffic and it really is fortunate that no-one was hurt – said Srecko Bosnjak, the ministry`s spokesperson.

The perpetrators are still at large.
