An Aussie teenager lost his driver's license only 45 minutes after it was released in a police, as the local media proclaimed a new speed world record in losing the license.
Immediately after passing the driving test, Australian (18) picked up his new permit at the Traffic police, which only 45 minutes later had stopped on the highway near Melbourne because he exceeded the allowable speed by 25 miles.
F or committing the above offence unknown young man remained on the spot without a permit for six months and fined with 421 Australian dollars (1,900 kuna).
