Man Handcuffs Woman, Reads Her Bible For 3 Days

The accused picked the woman up from the street, took her to his apartment, put diapers on her, and read her the Bible.

On Wednesday night in Detroit, the 34 year old Troy Brisport picked a woman up from the street who had nowhere to go.

After that he took her to his apartment in Toldeo, handcuffed her and put adult diapers on her, writes the New York Times. The unlucky woman was help captive by Brisport for three days, whilst he read passages from the Bible to her the whole time. The police said that the man took her clothes off whilst she was sleeping and put the diapers on her.

When she woke up she realised that her hands were tied, but luckily there was no sexual abuse. However, Brisport tried to suffocate his victim a number of times with a pillow and blanket. She managed to escape on Saturday, after Brisport fell asleep.

When the police found her, the woman was only wearing a shirt and the diapers, and her hands were still in the handcuffs. Troy Brisport has been charged with kidnapping and assault, and a 400 thousand dollar bail has been set.
