Dodik has been publically accused of giving large business projects to his friends, like highway construction or cabinet headquarters.
Charges were raised against the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik for abusing his official position and authority and embezzling money from public funds, local Bosnia-Herzegovina media report on Thursday, however, the BH Prosecution was unable to confirm.

about it – Boris Grubesic said, spokesperson of the BH Prosecution.
According to the media, 11 persons in total, including Dodik and several ministers from his cabinet, were accused of damaging the budget in the among of 145 million convertible marks (approximately 72 million euros), as they decided who gets to perform construction work on certain big infrastructure projects.
Publically accused for months
Charges which were filed by the Agency for Investigations and Protection, the roof police body in BH, after months of investigating, supposedly refer to abuse of official position and authority, as well as committing felonies of organised crime and money laundering.
Certain media in Bosnia-Herzegovina have been publically accusing Dodik of giving big business projects to his friends, like constructing the Banja Luka-Gradiska highway and the new cabinet headquarters in Banja Luka, which is connected with open corruption.
