The Montenegrin Parliament on Tuesday turned down the proposal submitted by the Opposition to give a vote of non-confidence to the Igor Luksic cabinet over taking loans with the Swiss bank Credit Swiss and other banks amounting to more than EUR150 million.
Finance Minister Milorad Katnic said the country was faced with a deep crisis which had hit almost all the countries in the world, stressing however that the government had established stability and set up good foundations for progress,
