Mexican Jose Luis Garza died of a heart attack at his home in mexico as medical personnel were trying to get him to a hospital.
One of the fattest people in the world, a Mexican aged 47 who weighed 450 kilograms, died of a heart attack on Tuesday, medical sources said in Mexico.
Jose Luis Garza died as medical staff was trying to get him transferred to hospital from his home in a Monterrey suburb in the north-east of Mexico.
Before he died Garza weighed 90 kilograms more than his neighbour from Monterrey, Manuel Uriba, when he entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2007 as the fattest man on earth. In the meantime, Uribe lost 230 kilograms and announced his wedding that is to take place on October 26.
