PhotoSwine flu has prompted the citizens of Egypt to organize mass swine culling.
The measures various countries are taking in order to combat the swine flu epidemic are rigorous. The authorities in Egypt have decided for the mass culling of pigs, to the disappointment of breeders, so that the swine flu does not spread to their country.
In Incehon they have gone so far that every plane that lands in their airport from the USA or Mexico must be thoroughly disinfected to avoid the smallest possibility of spreading the H1N1 virus that causes the flu.
On the other hand, the citizens of Golanska Visoravan are doing their everyday activities not thinking about the flu epidemic that is troubling the world. Opium fields are widespread in that area, and represent a profitable source of income, so the citizens there dedicate themselves to maintaining the fields.
The auction house Christies has offered collectors a rare watch designed by Patek Philippe, however only for those with a thicker wallet.
Also, to show that everyone is not bothered by the flu, is the example of a woman praying during a ritual in the Ganges river in Allahabadad.
