Last week was marked by two historic deals, award ceremonies, important decisions and inquests of mass killings.

A historic deal on fighting global warming was realised at the United Nations climate changes conference in Bali. After excruciating negotiations and severe debating, world super powers still manage to arrange a compromise and agree on the guidelines for a deal that will replace the Kyoto Protocol.
