Devon and Cornwall police and the ambulance service were called to Porth Kea near Truro late on Saturday following the shooting of the 41-year-old man and a woman.

Armed police in west Cornwall arrested a 23-year-old man, who will be interviewed on Sunday, police said.
The condition of the woman is unknown.
