Ratko Mladic Underwent Plastic Surgery

Ratko has short hair, neatly cut, doesn`t have many wrinkles and there are suspicions he underwent plastic surgery.

Ratko Mladic did not alter his physical appearance a lot, he has a boxer`s nose, thicker lips and brown eyes, while an action team that co-operates with The Hague Tribunal has drafted several photofits. Serbian Press Online obtained one of these images.

- Ratko has short hair, neatly cut in an army fashion. His face is tightened, he doesn`t have many wrinkles. There is reasonable doubt that he underwent plastic surgery and was injected with Botox at a clinic – a source revealed to the Press.

Many photofit versions of Ratko Mladic were made during the investigation, some of which feature him with short hair, a beard, moustache or coloured hair.

- According to the psychological profile, Mladic is quite the opposite of Radovan Karadzic. He communicated only with people of the outmost confidence, he is highly authoritative, strict and has to have the last word – the source told the Press.

Director of the Criminal Investigation Institute Dobrivoje Radovanovic does not believe Mladic underwent plastic surgery, but thinks he had physically deteriorated due to poor living conditions.

- Any sort of transformation opposes masculinity and army honour for him – Radovanovic says.
