-Nobody has to tell us in BH what has happened, we know it very well. We know everything came from Belgrade, said Reis Ceric.
Head of the Islamic community in BH, reisu-l-ulema Mustafa efendi Ceric, attended yesterday’s International Court of Justice verdict announcement.
-Satisfaction lies in the fact that BH still, with its difficulties and such little available possibilities, forced Serbia to come before the ICJ and demonstrate it did not commit genocide, although we know it did, but it is also a disappointment because this Court still did not state clearly and unambiguously that Serbia committed genocide in BH, although this is an undisputable fact which we are all aware of- said Reis Ceric for the Dnevni avaz daily.
This verdict, Ceric believes, speaks more of the Court itself that of what happened in BH.
-Moreover, nobody has to tell us in BH what has happened, we know it very well and nobody needs to prove to us nor we need to prove to somebody who planned this, executed it and who did not punish those who committed the genocide.
We know everything came from Belgrade and we will live with it- said Reis Ceric. He believes the verdict will have a very positive response in BH and for the future of this country, “because the right way for misunderstandings among people to be solved is the International Court, it said its business and it remains for eternity”.
