SARAJEVO, Sept 23 (Hina) - Some hundred residents of Zenica on Sunday held a protest rally in that central city in Bosnia against the escalating gang violence which claimed the life of an innocent 18-year-old boy on late Saturday.

Earlier on Sunday the police arrested two men believed to have been involved in a shooting in the downtown Zenica on Saturday evening.

According to the police's report, the 18-year-old boy was shot accidentally in a clash between two criminal gangs, while he was staying at the bus station waiting for a bus to go home. Another three people were wounded. One of those wounded was a passer-by.

The police said that the two men had been arrested over the fatal firing and that they were searching for some more suspects who were on the run.
