Costa Cruises: We are very sorry and deeply saddened

Tadic is thinking about dividing Kosovo, but only if all other options fail. Preserving Serbia’s territorial integrity is a priority.
Serbian president Boris Tadic said there was a possibility of a division of Kosovo, but only if all other options regarding the status of Kosovo failed, Belgrade electronic media reported on Tuesday.
- I am prepared to consider that option if we exhaust all previous options and there are plenty of those. There are many opportunities to find a solution within the concept of important autonomy – Tadic told the Serbian Radio and Television.
Tadic will ask of the International Court of Justice to judge on legality
According to the electronic media, the Serbian president said “all initiatives are legitimate in the process of solving the issue of Kosovo and anything is better than the situation in which one side lost everything”.
Serbia’s fight to preserve its sovereignty and territorial integrity will be a long-term process that can end up favourable for Serbia only if Belgrade carries out a reasonable policy and raises the country’s international credibility. Serbia’s initiative to ask of the International Court of Justice to voice its opinion on the legality of Kosovo’s declaration of independence is focused in that direction.
Tadic reiterated that he once again urged the governments of Macedonia and Montenegro not to recognise Kosovo’s independence.
Belgrade’s television station B92 said on Tuesday that the UN’s General Assembly would discuss on October 8 Serbia’s draft resolution asking of the International Court of Justice to judge on the legality of Kosovo’s declaration of independence, saying this had been said late Monday night at the UN.
