South Korea PM Hopes For Dialogue With North

Han Seung-soo said: `We hope that North Korea would come out to talk to us on matters of mutual concern and interest.`

 South Korea hopes North Korea will hold discussions with the South instead of making threats, after the North said it was scrapping all accords with Seoul, its prime minister said on Friday.

Speaking to Reuters on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, Han Seung-soo said: "We hope that instead of threats of this kind, North Korea would come out to talk to us on matters of mutual concern and interest."
